My Mission
It is my goal to present God to you aside from religion. To talk about the Kingdom of God that Jesus came to restore. He came to return to us the dominion and power that Adam lost. Jesus never came so that we might have religion; but instead came so that we would have life more abundant.
My mission is that you have a relationship with the one true God. To strip away religion; so that you may know Him. The God I have known since childhood was not delivered to me by religion. But by revelation and relationship. Those two words are so powerful, revelation, and relationship! My objective is for you to try it yourself. I’m not here to convince you to follow some religion. I’m not asking for your money. Jesus said to help the poor; so do that. But if you try this, it will change your life, blow your mind, and open your heart to a world, to a life that is hard to believe.
I will not tell you how to live or judge your lifestyle. For it is through true revelation from the Holy Ghost that transforms our lives. Conviction steers our lives towards what is right; not judgment from another human.
Above all, I just want to share this beautiful God with you. Read God's word, meditate on it, and let Him speak directly to you. Just find a scripture that is relevant to you at the moment, i.e., courage or wisdom, read it, and meditate on it. I promise it’ll blow your mind. But also be willing to give it time. Matthew 13:15 talks about how those with a hardened heart can not hear or see God because they can not turn to Him to be healed. You see, turning to God is key to healing on a Kingdom level. That is not always easy or quick. Our expectations have to align with the level of our relationship with God. But on the other side of a hardened heart, when we walk in a close relationship with the Father, miracles happen.
An example in my life was one of the first times I used scripture and applied it to a moment in my own life. I felt a connection to God, but this was a shift. I needed courage for an upcoming professional sporting event. It had been around 20 years since I had competed professionally. Yet somehow, I felt led to sign up and wasn’t completely sure why I was doing this. Scriptures on courage helped me as I trained for the first event. The day had come, I was driving to the first round of the series. On the way, a song came on about trusting God no matter the outcome. It hit me that this was all about a lesson to walk on faith. To not see the outcome, to be scared, and to do it anyway. I placed 3rd for the weekend and placed high enough to be invited to nationals, where I made it to the finals in men’s open pro class. This is not about what I did because you can do amazing things, too! This all happened because I trusted and walked on faith. These experiences change our lives; we have to step out and take dominion to live. Because the Kingdom is now!
I was not convinced by religion or preachers to believe in God. As a small boy around 10 adversity hit my life. I’m not even sure what started it but I began to pray each evening before bed for comfort and protection. I felt something happening inside me, comfort and peace even in the face of adversity, so I kept doing it. There is SO much more to my testimony that I’ll share later. He revealed Himself to me over the years. At university, I studied history and was taught to think critically. And still, God is real! I can not explain away what He has done in my life. No external evidence can touch what He has done in me and my life.
I can’t convince you to believe on this level. All I can do is try and walk you close to His presence and you can see for yourself. This is not church or religion. This is a real relationship with your creator and it is so beautiful! My deepest hope is that you try it.
